Finding Freedom From Abuse is a registered charity that receives funding through grants, fundraising events, donations, legacies and corporate sponsorship.

Demand for our services grows every year and finding the money to fund our vital services gets tougher all the time.

How your giving can help

Fundraise for us

If you would like to organise your own fundraising event we would welcome your support. Whether you’re interested in organising a bake sale, running a marathon, or an extreme skydive, we are grateful for your support and look forward to hearing from you. Alternatively, if you are looking forward to a special birthday or anniversary, but you don’t want gifts, why not ask your family and friends to donate money in lieu of a gift?

Support our Refuge

If you would like to donate directly to our Refuge please call us on 0333 242 2055 to arrange a time and date that’s suitable. We are happy to receive: unused toiletries; new towels and single bedding; good quality toys and clothes; second hand tablets and laptops (for children to do their homework); non-perishable, in date, food.
